We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for four nights. Despite the language barrier, we found the staff to be very attentive and welcoming. The hotel facilities were finished to a high standard, as the rooms were comfortable, clean, and had huge bathrooms with hot water running all day. Additionally, the hotel's location just outside of the city center provided us with a quiet and calm environment, perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a stunning panoramic view of the mountains from the rooftop breakfast room. Throughout our stay, the staff provided us with excellent service, making our stay comfortable and memorable.

The hotel was clean and comfortable to stay in, and I loved the option to store my luggage and hang out in the living room before departing. the hotel was conveniently located near the bus station.

The hotel was a bit hard to find, especially in the dark, and it was a bit of a walk to reach the main streets. The security measures were a bit overzealous, as someone had to let us in and out every day, which felt like a bit of an inconvenience to both us and the staff.

Guests can enjoy lovely breakfast while admiring the picturesque view from the rooftop, while the rooms are comfortable, with clean bathrooms and good showers. the hotel’s secure building is a plus.

Occasional dependence on staff to enter and exit the hotel requires good timing.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the hotel's beautiful and clean rooms. the breakfast served was also excellent, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel's convenient location close to the bus station made it easy for me to get around.

The hotel was located in a quiet residential area, which meant I had to take a taxi to get to the bustling city center. taxis had a hard time locating the hotel due to the lack of signage and lighting.
